  • Annealing & tinning machine

     

    KD series annealing & tinning machine can process two kinds of copper wires at the same time.
    1. There are two options for the customers, single layer taking up and double layers taking up.
    2. Annealing furnace length could be designed according to the customers' requirements.
  • Buncher

     

    KD series double twist buncher applied to every kinds of copper twisting and core bunching,taping. The following is its feature:
    1. pintle for driving the bobbin of the reel: flex type, easy to fix the reel.
    2.take-up tension controlled by micro-computer.
    3.machine jointed, the whole dealed with special treatment, no transmutation occur for ever
    4.machine uses sliding door,easy to operate and maintain, more beautiful.
    5.security: if bow is not horizontal, if lifter is not at bobbin , machine can not work.
    6. Fan cooling inside the machine
  • re-winding machine

    Its main porpose is for rewinding of copper wire ,S.S. wire and other wires.
